I let ours loose in the house. He scurry's all over the place exploring. Parks back in front of his tank when he gets cold most of the time. Gotta keep an eye on them though or it becomes "find the dragon", which can be quite hard. And he has an outdoor playpen.

Get a halogen flood from the hardware store.

They sent me it as a replacement for the bulb that failed on me. The replacement burnt out in 3 hours. I don't use them for basking lamps after the first failure but I set up Carliles 20 gal tank on my fireplace hearth so he can hang out with us upstairs and figured may as well use that bulb...

Upload them to a picture hosting site like flickr or something. Most will give you links to your picture in BBcode. Copy that code and paste it into a post. That's how I do it.

Did 700 extra small once. More work then I care for. You will probably move up a size every couple weeks or so. We didn't have a baby. Probably 4-6 weeks old when we got him.

700 small worked out well for me when ours was young. Even the large I order now stay alive for a month in my basement which is usually 64-68 degrees in summer and a little cooler in winter.
