I'm in ontario Canada....and yes there is a heat pad set on med. under the bins. One bin has beetles and one has the babies.

I started isolating superworms in September.... Finally we have tiny little worms growing in substrate. It has taken what seems like forever. Does anyone know how long they take to grow? They are in oatmeal / bran substrate. And slices of potatoes for moisture. Do I need anything else?

My step son wants a new tank for Christmas for his bd. his dragon is almost a yr old. Is 36x18x18 large enough for an adult? I saw a zilla brand one on sale at pet smart for 99.00 but want to make sure we aren't replacing it in a couple months. Thanks

Since about October my dragon has only been having a bm about once a week. Temps are fine lights are fine. Baths 4 x a week spray in between and eating like a horse. He use to go daily or at least every other. Now it's been once a week and very large. Should I be concerned? My bd is 7mths and...

I bought my ballast at Rona cash way it was 10.00 and is mounted inside with 3m command strips. Home Depot also has them. Use a repti sun 10 or the other brand Arcadia if you can get them. I can't in Canada yet :( .... Plz do not use compact coil bulbs.

You could try a clear incadescent .they put off heat as well..the biggest question is what wattage is the fixture rated for? Incadescent will not work for me but I also have a 6 ft long tank.

I use a 3 drawer plastic container. Bought it at Walmart. The beetles in top drawer have egg crate and substrate. The second drawer is where the beetles will move too after a few weeks to allow the eggs to become worms and not be eaten by the beetles. And we will rotate from there on.....for...
