    Hissing Cockroaches

Thanks for your help...Based on the limited response and the fact that they have a thicker shell probably means they aren't a great feeder. Will stick to the horn, super and silk worms. The hissers would be convenient to get but not worth it if they aren't nutritious. Thanks again. Jeanne

    Hissing Cockroaches

Thanks ..just wondering if they make good feeders because they have them readily available at the local pet store ..not a chain. The people who work they say they do but of course they want to sell them. Jeanne

2+ weeks, no poop... ideas? help?

Lol....good to hear. Brought Silver to the vet the first time she went 7 days without. The vet picked her up and she pooped all over her. The unfazed vet collected specimen and all was fine.....What a first impression. After that I don't get too flustered just break out the poop aids!

It's really helpful to read this. I'm in the same boat with Silver. I'm using the Stage one prunes with some olive oil mixed in. Also giving half hour baths twice a day. I would be more worried but her color, behavior and activity level don't indicate any problem. Good luck! It is a waiting...

Superworms for 14 inch, almost 2 year old???

I started feedng Silver superworms at 14 1/2 inches. I would give him a corresponding silkworm or hornworm to help the digestion. Also most mornings he gets some Phoenix worms to start. Now he is over 16 inches and I don't always follow up with the moist worm. He chews and crunches them right...
