Cool everything looks good. You just need to get the reptisun 10.0 uvb tube light. When I first got my dragon I bought a coil light to. I just took Huffy outside for some sunlight until I got my reptisun.
Thanks a lot.
I can't believe I didn't think of that second site you posted. I was just looking at that site the other day. We were looking up frogs in the area.
My daughter cought this gecko in our back yard today. Does anyone know what kind it is? Should we let it go? If we keep it, can someone they us how to care for it? Lights, heat, food etc. It's about 3" long. We caught it in central Oklahoma.
Do you house them together? If so do you feed them together? How many basking spot do you have? From what I have read on here its not good to house two bd's together. The biggest reason I can think of is that you have a male and a female.
Welcome to the forums.
Have you tried hand feeding her the greens? I have read some post on here where people take away worms and crickets from their bd's. I would think that they would eat the greens before they starve. But I'm no expert.
Try giving this a once( or twice) over http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html
A 10 gal is pretty small and its hard to keep the temps just right. Make sure your bd has a place to hide. Bd's don't need a night light just make sure the temps don't dropped below 70 degrees f and he will be...
Do you know how big the dragon is? It might just be the pic, but he looks a little on the small side for 2 years old.

You can buy a digital thermometer at Walmart or lowes for $8-12. Just make sure you buy a acu-rite. When I bought mine and hooked it up, my stick-on one was off by 15 degrees. It said it was warmer then it actually was.
