I bought him from petsmart (I live in a rural area so I had to get it from a store) I was told it was bought from an actual breeder so they knew I was getting a healthy animal. This is my first ever pet reptile!
First when I got him he just hid for about 2 hours but now he comes out and sits in the basking spot and climbs a little bit.

He has a little bit of orange on his back so maybe he will turn out to have a orange color to him.

He is alot smaller than what the pictures show. He is actually very small!

Cool everything looks good. You just need to get the reptisun 10.0 uvb tube light. When I first got my dragon I bought a coil light to. I just took Huffy outside for some sunlight until I got my reptisun.

The people on these forums dislike Exo Terra because they're cheap and always mess up their bulbs which can possibly, doesn't mean it will, injure your dragons skin or eyes. Although results under a repti sun have been much much better. Have you checked out Petmountain btw? The light fixtures are cheaper... None of that 41 dollar stuff plus reptisuns 10.0 are the same price as that exo terra bulb you want.

The problem I have is that I am in canada and duties are a buzz kill! =[
And another thing is that my tank is 24" in front so i was hoping to get one that size. Anyone have suggestions?

Edit: I re read and understood what you were meaning. Thought you were talking about the fixture.
The thing isn't that their bulbs might mess up, its that the way they make their bulbs makes them put off wavelengths that make bearded dragons sick. And bearded dragons always hide their sickness and injuries tell its too late, thats why some people think that years of experience is just a hoax and they can use another bulb even though everyone says not to.

Luckily though you only need to buy a new one every 6 months. Its only an extra like, 25$ a year compared to the other bulb you were gonna buy. I don't know your financial situation, but you could easily just recycle and you'd have way more than enough to pay for the difference in bulb costs.

Money isn't a problem but I don't want to blow alot of money on just the fixture. Just being in canada makes some problems because of the lack of suppliers =[.
I guess tomorrow I will dedicate to finding prices and new places to buy.

Well, you might wanna check some home improvement stores for fixtures. Just make sure the bulb will fit.
I think all the reptisuns are T8 so you need to find a T8 fixture.

We just got the Reptisun 10 bulb to put in that. Idk if you have walmart in your area or not, but something like this will work. Hope this helps!
