    they all say up to 20", just means that its how far the uvb can get before the light stops giving off uvb but the further from the bulb the weaker the uvb gets so at 20" there will be little to no uvb.

    you could also try moving some stuff around so that the highest point is right under the basking spot, just looking at the pics your beardie is basking just off to the side of the basking spot by the looks of it.

    what uvb are you using? and how old is it? also 33c is a little low for basking temp 39-40c would be better (100-105f) could you post a picture of her and the viv? it would help us

    i have an old cat litter tray(cleaned well) which i use too bath my bd's, they fit in it no problem. they dont really move around they just sit in there and get out when they want and walk across the room to there viv after lol.

    not too sure what else, have you tryed feeding her a worm not meal worms or super worms as she is too young, but maybe Calci-Worms same species as Phoenix worms, wax worms(these are really fatty so dont feed to many and they kind of get addicted to them) sorry cant help much more i think what...

    ok just had a look, where is the uvb? is it that bit on the front right?? if not then, the uvb needs to be where the basking area is so that when they are basking they get the uvb they need. also uvb can not pass thought glass or plastic so if there is anything between the uvb and your beardie...

    just too add what Tracie said, you eed to check them temps, 150w bulb for a 20 gallon viv??? i have a 80-90 gallon viv which is run by a 75w bulb and i get temps of 105-110. could you post a pic of your set up please.
