I live in the USA so I don't know who would do it in Scotland, but you could try your Vet (if you have one you knows about Beardies). Have you tried friends or relatives? That is what I usually do. Yes, my friends and relatives don't know much about beardies, but I write them out instructions...

I would try to force feed him some baby food with a syring. I usually buy the organic green beans. Just drip a little on the tip of the beardies nose and he should lick it up. Because of not eating much this maybe why he is so weak. Hope this helps. Please keep us posted.

I live in Wisconsin so I don't know any Reptile Shelters in CA, but here in WI you can always try to contact your local zoo some times they will take in reptiles, also any local pet stores should take him (obviously they will sell him to someone else, but at least he will not be put down), or...
