Awesome Bearded Dragon Tank! And A Couple Of Questions

Anywhere between the 40s-60s is fine... Prolonged (I'm talking months not the panic button after 48 hours) exposure to anything above 70s could be detrimental.

    Flooring advice

Get tiles... spread some aquarium grade silicon on them then get some aqurium gravel and sand and cover the tiles with it. It should stick to the silicon covered tiles..... let it air out for a couple of weeks and there's your traction.

    "Normal" Beardies

Thank you... Yep I totally agree that the "normal" dragons have colours in them. I have seen them out there, some of which are so bright it would put most of the morphs to shame lol. Can't really get more "normal" than a wild BD I suppose... Mine is a normal Whyalla, SA locality BD by the way.

how to get two bearded dragons to coexist

Few success stories over your side of the pond.... more than a few on this side :D. The "caresheet love" passed around is geared for new dragon owners and is specific for 1 dragon per enclosure, however on this side there are people who set up for multiple dragons. You mention multiple dragons...

how to get two bearded dragons to coexist

Probably because there are success stories out there of dragons co-habitating in a "correct" set up.

    Experienced people only Please.!

It sounds like you are already getting dominance issues already mate (no need to wait for it to come to blows before you do something about it). Both dragons are already telling the other one to *#@% off for the lack of better term and with either of them having nowhere to go it'll definitely...

    Sand and Impaction

Yeah... missed every single one though there was a couple that i think would have been inches from the front wheel (including one hatchie). The problem with them is unlike all other reptiles they "stand" their ground and not run accross till it's too late. I've even seen a couple bobbing our on...

    Sand and Impaction

Jess.. don't take this the wrong way but I just want to correct a bit of misinformation on your post. The last presentation I have attented that covered wild BDs at the Victorian Herpetological Society cited that the avg adult age of wild BDs was 3 years and a life expectancy of 5-8 years. I...
