For a long while, I will hear a "clicking" sound come from Nami, ONLY when she's out of her tank and with me. She will also breathe with her mouth open, majority of the time while she's basking in her tank or out in the sun. Once in a while she will "cough", which happens less than once a week...

An update, it seems to be worsening and there's red at the base and tip of her nail. I'm concerned its infected and The soonest I can get her to a vet is the 24th. Is there anything I should/can do to prevent it from getting any worse?

I noticed today that Nami has a swollen finger and It does seem to be causing her just a little pain. She hasn't shed recently so I don't think it's anything related to that. Any ideas on what caused it? And is there anything I need to do to help it get better?

Judging by how it looks, that's what I've been thinking. Just wasn't sure since I dont really know what caused it

There's a patch of scales that are clearly not normal. To me, they appear to just be damaged, not totally sure how, but idk if this calls for a vet visit or not

It was in the living room. My only guess is a stink bug as that's the only bug I've seen in the house recently. I only saw it after she had it chewed up so I couldn't tell what it was

Yes it just suddenly popped up. It's soft to the touch and i can move it. I sent photos to the vet yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet. Hoping I can get an appointment set on Monday. Should I consider taking her to the ER or is it safe for me to wait?

I've felt all around and didn't feel anything. As far as I know she hasn't layed eggs before. I adopted her last year and her previous owners never mentioned anything about eggs
