Hello, I have just been wondering how to start a dubia colony for one 7 month old bearded dragon. I really can't be spending $40-$60 a month just on these roaches. Does anyone know how to start a small colony for just one bearded dragon? Please help.

I have the 22inch T5 HO hood light, and a 100watt heat bulb that i control to around 110 degrees.

Thanks for the info. I've been letting him run around my room floor. There are some spots that he can get out of my reach, so I am going to try and "lizard proof" everything so he can do this safely.
