How many dubia roaches per day

Hi, I have a 6 month old 16-17 inch male beardie that recently stopped eating crickets so i've been feeding him super worms and bsfl. But i would like to feed him something for substantial like dubia roaches. I was just wondering how big should the roaches i buy for him be and how many should i feed him a day. Thanks

Roaches should not be any bigger than the size between his eyes--- and he will eat less of them than crickets cuz they are more filling and better for him -- please dust them w/ the calcium d3 powder like the crickets and lay off the super worms - they are for treats -- you dont want him just eating those and no bugs -- the bugs are his main diet at this point w/ vegies 20%--- I would say about 6-8 roaches
