Bearded Dragon blinking rapidly while basking

Hi, I have a 2 month old beardie i got about 4 weeks ago. Recently he has been blinking kinda rapidly and afterwards opening his eyes really wide. Then sometimes he closes them slowly and has one eye opened sometimes both closed. Sometimes just one quick blink too. For my basking bulb is a 100watt reptisun spot lamp. I use a dimmer with this bulb to aim for 110 usually getting around 105-113. For his uvb i'm using a 24inch reptisun HO T5. The basking bulb is about 10 inches from the basking spot. Also, the uvb is about 11-12 inches from him which isn't directly over the basking spot. Please tell me if his quick blinking and wide opening of his eyes are a problem. Oh and, the humidity in the day can be around 42%-49%. At night can get as high as 60%. Cold side temp is 79-82 degrees.

Lighting sounds fine. Do you see signs of shedding around his face? That can cause some irritation and eye blinking/closing/bulging.

He shed last couple weeks ago. But he stopped blinking and he only did it for one day so i'm not too worried anymore.
