Be very careful about the spinach. It actually has properties that bind with calcium so that she doesn't get it, instead she'll just poo it out. Some people say spinach can be a rare treat, but I'd stay away from it. you can buy collard greens frozen, with all of the frozen veggies (mixed frozen...

    Poo assisting greens?

YAY! Cream pooed today :) I have never been happier about poo before lmao! Well formed, good amount. Taking it to the vets office soon as my fiance gets home. The funny thing is that he is eating again out of no where, but I am going to go ahead and take this in anyway and get it tested. Ill...

I read that you fed spring mix. I could be wrong, but doesnt that have spinach in it? if so, spinach is a no no for beardies. It binds with the calcium and makes them pass it rather than digest it. Make sure it does not have spinach in it. Masick

only five crickets a day?! Mine are eating closer to 30 each. She def needs a correct UVB light, invest asap. The UVB light helps give them their appetite along with all the other things it helps with. The nice thing about them is that you only need to replace them once or twice a year...

    Poo assisting greens?

Thanks for the reply. The meal worms were the small ones and were a rare treat for them. When Cream stopped eating that was the only thing he would eat so I figured better for him to have something than nothing at all. He stopped eating even those too, however, over the weekend. I would fed him...

    shedding question (with stats)

Everyone keeps telling me that it is normal for reptiles to be moody when they shed. My baby is shedding for third time (body this time, before it was tail and legs) and they defiantly seem moody to me. Our big boy (or girl, but I think he is a he lol) is finally got the junk off, but he really...

    Our new babies!

Mine likes to clime into my hair and we have a heck of a time getting him down from there. He'll hiss at my fiance when he tries to get him out of the cage, but doesn't seem to mind when I take him out. I just love his colors and eyes. Those eyes are so wacky! Do you keep yours in any live...
