im pretty sure its good and only expires after 6 months of actual use although im not fully sure. i wouldnt be to worried about it except its harder to keep track of when your not using it constantly.

14" is way to small for large superworms. your only suppose to introduce supers untill he is 16" although with the small ones i did start mine at 13" with 1 or 2 a day till he got bigger so if you do want to feed him them stick to the smalls in very low amounts.

that definately helps, good to know that im around the right time to switch! although for the crickets ill probably go 10-20 a day and switch it up with phoenix, waxxies and supers since i dont think hed be happy with no meat for a day!

id say its safe to start him on supers, i started mine when he was 12" but i just went slow giving him 1 a day and over a few weeks slowly turned that into 5 and now his 18". as long as your beardie chews his food and you have proper basking temps and all that he should be fine to eat a few...
