Ok thx for the advice. He used to have a water bowl and would drink but we thought it was causing thee runny poo but apparently not. I'll give him a few days and then do the vet, they want to deworm him.
I just went to change Frodo's UVB as it has been 6 months. I noticed that when I went to put in the Reptisun 10.0, it looked different than what I had had in there. I had a Repti GLO bulb in there :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I did SO much research! HOW did I make that mistake???? Is he...
Are there any good links to tell what to feed at certain ages? I know as they get older they should start eating more greens and less protein, but not sure when?
My six month old prefers reptiworms. We feed him dusted crickets in the AM and reptiworms in the pm to give him a variety. He will still eat the crickets. I find it easier to feed them when he's hungry though.
I started with Collard Greens because I had asked the breeder what he was feeding. I figured that would be the easiest transition. Now we feed collards, escarole, endive and swiss chard. We started handling him right away. He's doing well now :)
I know it's the last thing you want to hear, but it sounds totally normal. Mine is just starting to settle in at around 2.5 weeks. Will he eat anything? When I first got Frodo he would only eat greens, now he's eating crickets and greens and started eating Phoenix Worms today. It's a tough...
My beardie is 5 months old, about 12.5". Just received our first order of Phoenix worms today and he went NUTS. How many should I give him? How many times a day? We were doing crickets before so I'm not sure what the conversion would be.... and he LOVED these worms!
So from the pic does it look like shedding???? I think that's what it is. Last night I gave him a 15 minute bath which is longer than usual and he was thrilled, drank a ton of water too!
Stupid question, but I am expecting my first mail order of Phoenix Worms tomorrow or Friday. Do they need to be coated in calcium?
If they do not, do I need to dust his greens with calcium? Or just go with his multi?
Thx.
