Trying Phoenix Worms for the first time

We ordered some for the first time, and they came in today. He ate 3 after his dinner of about 15-16 small crickets. So.....how many worms in place of all those crickets. Say I stop buying crickets & soley feed the worms (is that even ok??)......if he's going through 40-50 crickets every couple of days, how many worms will I need to take their place? Does the same rule apply? As much as he will eat in 10-15min?
