I just went to change Frodo's UVB as it has been 6 months. I noticed that when I went to put in the Reptisun 10.0, it looked different than what I had had in there. I had a Repti GLO bulb in there

I did SO much research! HOW did I make that mistake???? Is he going to be ok? Right now his only issue is undigested, runny poo, otherwise he looks great. I was about to take him to the vet, should I give him a week on the ReptiSUN and see how he does?

Ive had mine for 4 months and JUST realized the same mistake. smh. He should be finr tyhough i just switched to ReptiSUN asap. As for the runny poo... What is his diet????

His diet is the Trader Joe's greens mixture(mustard, collards, chard, etc.) and large reptiworms. Water only through spraying.

Do u mist the greens for hydration??? They normally get water through their food source. Im not sure why its runny maybe an expert will hop on this topic n give mor info!

I have been misting the greens but not every day. Every day I either mist him or the greens.

Mist Him every other day OR just Bathe him. i bathe Blaze DAILy because thats what makes him use the bathroom AND it hydrates him as well. if u bathe the misting isnt reallly NEEDED. and mist the greens EVERY day. the greewns should always be wet when fed because MOST beardies dont drink directly from water bowls. So if the greens are wet, then you KNOW for sure your beardie isnt getting dehydrated

Ok thx for the advice. He used to have a water bowl and would drink but we thought it was causing thee runny poo but apparently not. I'll give him a few days and then do the vet, they want to deworm him.

Oh ok that great he drinks from the bowl, but no that would NOT cause the runny poo. Yes take him back to the vet ASAP. i hope he gets better soon!! let us all know when u have updates..
