Why does my heat lamp keep burning out?

Mine is plugged into a surge protector/timer... Hmm. I wonder if anyone else has been having this problem?

Why does my heat lamp keep burning out?

It seems like I have been going through more light bulbs than usual. I have been going through about one a month... I thought they were supposed to last about three months?

    Tile Questions

Yea, I know. I'm just a worried mother, I guess. He does take some hard landings, though. And he is a complete clutz. But, thanks for the replies. :)

    Tile Questions

My beardie, Chester, has been on calci-sand since he was 6 months (he is now over a year old) and we have not had any trouble with it. But, I was wondering if I should switch to tile instead? I heard they are easier to clean and good for his nails and stuff. But, my beardie is a bit of a...

I don't know what is wrong with Grendel.

He has these bumps on his chin that didn't use to be there. I could be worrying too much, but they don't look normal. He doesn't seem to be acting any different, he is glass dancing a lot but I figure that is because spring is here. I might be over reacting..

    Bloody nose?

I am a student, so I can't take him home. As much as I would like to. He is still in school, I don't know what kind of lights he has. I will ask my teacher, except he is not in school today. lol. I think he is eating well, but I am not sure. Like I said, I need to talk to my teacher. I will...

    Bloody nose?

Grendel, my school's Beardie, seems to have dried blood up his nostrils. Many different students handle him daily, and it is very possible one of them injured him (the school has now lost all Grendel privileges for now). His nostrils look a different shape than usual as well. He is a few years...

    Laying on back myth?

I don't really know about it killing dragons, but if you want to see an aggressive dragon, flipping it over is a sure fire way to see one. All animals are not comfortable showing their stomach. When animals lay on their backs, you know that they are comfortable. Like, when a cat sleeps on its...

Help Please - Found Beardie in Garden

One thing you should think about is heat: he looks cold! Maybe put a lamp near him or something? They will be pretty lethargic if they aren't heated.
