sometimes soaking my female in warm water for a few mins gets her in the mood to start digging again and lay...try this and hope that it helps...if not then I would start to think about a vet visit to make sure shes not egg bound good luck

i would def take a reading on the spot where the dragon basks the majority of the time... he or she can move up or down or away from it the light all together to thermoregulate, but make sure that direct basking spot is somewhere in the range of 100-110 F

ive always had success with the repti glo 8.0 ...but its really hard to find b/c I think they stopped making it. last time I stocked up on them from www.lllreptile.com hope you can locate one, the reptisun is a better bulb, but the reptiglo 8.0 was not on the scientific study for questionable...

first off can you feel the eggs well in her lower abdomen? and 2nd is she digging a lot in the sand or just laying around?

i would still take it out...not only is it a health hazard...its so messy and dusty & it can also pass mites on to your dragon

you should be able to feel the eggs pretty well in her lower abdomen a couple days before she is ready...if you can then make sure her lay area has the proper moisture/consistency and that its deep enough for her to dig a pretty good hole. sometimes soaking my female in water for a few mins...

how long at a time does it close its eyes? and what kind of UVB bulb are you using?

all lights need to go off in order for the dragon to sleep properly (even a tv keeps some awake)...a good cycle is 12 hrs on 12 hrs off...sometimes I increase a couple hrs on during the summer months when the days are longer.

check garden centers or home improvement stores...and as far as cleaning I just soak all my decor in a bleach water solution.. approx 4:1 water:bleach and then rinse thoroughly with plain water before drying

ya I would try some tile or slate rock..or you could put reptile carpet in there to cover the laminate. I always clean my enclosures with a diluted bleach/water solution (approx. 4 parts water 1 part bleach) and then rinse with regular water b4 putting the dragon back in

hey hatchlings will eat 2-3 times/day... i would plan on ordering 2000 crix a week for a clutch of about 15-20. i always hold on to mine about 6 weeks before shipping..maybe 4 weeks to sell to a pet shop or someone. ive always had better luck housing hatchlings in 2 or 3 rubbermaid containers...

ive had success with vermiculite when I first started breeding, but by far the past few seasons I have really liked to use hatchrite medium. its easy and ive experienced better hatch rates with it.

I usually just add water to the incubator as it gets low from evaporation...and I usually try to put lukewarm water in so it wont affect the temp drastically either way
