agreed, any animal that will lick its own privates and then try to lick your hand/face has no business being indoors, same goes for dogs.. i know this isn't a popular opinion and there are many cat n dog lovers out there but i find them disgusting

ok this is gonna seem a bit random until i explain but my question is.... if a beardie has all of his tail is it generally the case that it's length will be just over half the total length of the beardie? my adult beardie corinthian is 18 inches long and has all of his tail, his body is 8" and...

yeah, they come as tube lights and the sizes are the same as the reptisun 18, 24, 30, 36, 48 inch... cheapest place to get them over here is http://www.reptiles.swelluk.com/... guess postage wouldn't be as bad if you could get a friend to order and then post to you.. the 24" is only about £20...

my baby beardie does something similar... sits on the rock it the front of his tank staring out at us like he's begging for attention... dunno if maybe babies just get bored more easily and like more attention - my adult really couldn't care less n spends most of his time with his back to us...

my little guy has been the same.. i got him two weeks ago today, for the first couple of days he ate like there was no tomorrow and since then he's been eating maybe two crickets a day.. then today he suddenly got his appetite back, has eaten about 30 small crickets over 3 sittings and the 5...

yeah, corinthian's the same too.. i think some of them just don't like to stink up their tanks and realise if they dont go your gonna put them in the bath to do it.. sometimes he goes the minute he touches the water, as though he's been hanging on for his bath... they can be smart wee beasties...

i'm not an expert but i don't think he's blind.. my beardie is the laziest n quite often he won't respond to my hand movements either, if he doesn't see you as a threat and is used to you being around there's not really much reason for him to respond to your movements.. if he can chase down and...

thanks for the replies.. i thought about that, at the rescue centre they were feeding him small locusts and very small mealworms :? i did try puttin a locust in his tank the first day but he totally ignored it (prob cos he'd just grubbed out on loads of crix) it then escaped and tbh, thats...

i just use a facecloth (washcloth).. corinthian has two in his hide n loves snugglin down to sleep in them.. bought one for my new wee beardie too n seems to love snuggling in it at night too
