Wonderful information, thank you both so much. I haven't fed him today because I was worried and confused about what to do. Definitely go feed him now and get all the suggested oils and baby foods tomorrow morning.
Thanks again!
My bearded dragon ate a piece of expanding foam. Warm baths were suggested to help him pass it.
My question is, would it be okay to give him a bath tonight (9:30pm) if it's over with by 10pm and his lights go out at 12am? 12am is normal for him.
Would that be enough time for his body...
My 15" bearded dragon ate a pretty sizable chunk of styrofoam that was right outside his enclosure. It was a round piece of Great Stuff expanding foam, between the size of a nickel and a quarter (but round like a ball, not disc-shaped like a coin). I grabbed him to get it out of his mouth but he...
What are popular methods to keep dubias hydrated aside from using water crystals? I realize that is a very broad question with several answers, so could anyone offer insight into how they do their own colony personally?
Thank you if you can.

He is super cute! How long have you had him? My baby only ate a few crickets on the first and second day before he felt safe in his new home, then he ate at least 15 a day and pooped bigger than his head every night lol.
Heard at a pet store that water crystals become toxic when they dry out. Is this true?
I have a pitcher full of expanded crystals soaking in water. Could go toxic even if they don't dry up? They've been there for about a week.
5 males and 15 females are housed in a 19 gallon black Sterilite container. The house stays at 78 F constantly.
They may be breeding already - I saw the red egg sac things on the females' rears.
Either way, I bought a 10-20 heat pad, but I need to somehow attach a rheostat to it... the same...
