Update: he is eating which is good but he is still having issues to use that arm to walk :( been dusting his food and also got him a Megaray bulb. He seems to be more active and alert just not moving as much.
Seeing the vet on the 30th.

ok make sure they get a uric acid level if doing blood work I recommend you have that done to test for gout- next NO enemas!!! if they want a fecal take one in

Ok. Is the blood test the most accurate finding if he may have gout? I gave him 2 hornworms dusted with the powder supplement which he did eat. I know with gout keep the protein very low if at all but trying to make sure he eats.

Yes blood work will give his uric acid levels- if he has gout don't feed dubias - you will need to feed crickets bsfl or silk worms as a staple- also he can be given allopurinol to reduce the uric acid levels and swelling and pain- I am diabetic and have gout and take allopurinol - it is painful

Ahh okay thank you so much for the info and that doesnt sound too pleasant. Last time he got xrays was pretty recent, maybe 3 months ago.

Just got back from the vet. Went ahead and did the bloodwork panel on him so in a couple of days should get back the results. I am hoping whatever it is its very minor and fixable 🙏

Thank you everyone. Will keep you guys posted. Should get his results tomorrow. Hope everyone had a good safe New Years :) Here is some more photos of his bothered front limb it does look a bit swollen. Also the vet suggested since its happening to one limb and not others, could be gout. His last xrays taken looked pretty bright as well wasnt grey as i reviewed them again at his affected limb. You can also see he is willing to bask and put weight on that affected limb. I had to help him of course as it pains me to see him limp like that.

Good news that his blood work came back normal. He said its not gout or calcium related so not quite sure what else it would be. He said he would like to try an anti-inflammatory called meloxicam to see if he would move around better. Is there a more natural anti-inflammtory I can give him?

Ok, will post it as soon as I am able to get the copy. Yes there is a hammock but he never goes on it just merely for shade/shelter.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
