Brumation?

I have a female, 1 year/3 months old. Over the last 2 or three days she is going into her hide early at night, well before the lights go off, and going right to sleep. She is also getting up later than usual after the lights go on. She is still eating and pooping, but sleeping a lot more. Recently had a check-up/fecal exam at a reptile vet and got a clean bill of health. Other than all the sleeping she seems happy and healthy. Question is......can brumation come on gradually, or can they kind of "semi-brumate," where they don't sleep all day, but just sleep more?

I am no expert in this subject.
That being said I would say that this is a possibility given that each animal can act slightly differently than another one.
Thoughts anyone else?

Hello,

Are you located in the US or some other country?
They can semi-brumate to where they may come out either daily or at least several times per week
& not really sleep very deep.
Brumation usually comes on somewhat slowly, & is sparked by the length of the days.

I am in the US. Should I continue to fed her both bugs and greens while all this is going on? Should her lights stay on the existing schedule?

My male has never gone into full brumation and he is 4. He gets even more lazy than normal and is quite nappy for usually a couple months. He does still eat some but nowhere near normal amounts, he still poops but also less than normal. He has done this 3 years running, and has just come out of it in the last couple weeks.
I would offer food but don't actively try to entice her, make sure she stays hydrated, and let her do her thing.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
