Can beardies eat red bananas?

Heyo I bought a variety food pack for my beardie and inside it had "zoo med tropical fruit mixins Red bananas". I havent fed him any but I would like to know if it is a safe food for my little one? lol. Thanks in advance!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
