Reptar has a spot on his beard that is always dark. It showed up about three weeks ago. It is like a large stress mark that doesn't go away. Should I be concerned?

Hi Maggie....not sure what it might be. Have you tried soaking + using a toothbrush to be sure it's not a food stain ? If it's not a stain it won't hurt to dab a bit of anti fungal cream like Lamisil or Lotrimin on it. It doesn't look fungal but the cream won't hurt and can be used for now as a precaution.
