Shipping bearded dragons

Is there somebody here that knows a lot about shipping them? I want to ship a bearded dragon from St.Louis to Chicago but don't know exactly what to do. Is there a rule about not shipping then in weather below 40 degrees? How do I package them? Any other information would be greatly appreciated.

Right now I wont ship. When the nighttime low is below 40 your taking a risk.
Keep in mind it isnt just your temp you have to worry about, its the space between and the destination you need to check as well.
