Tazzie's new BD boyfriend Spark

Hi there Crickest! Janie and Puppytoes72(great name!)

Tazzie was "speechless" when she was gazing at the pictures of spark! She had me return numerous times to the ones of Spark near the window. She asked me why she was not "caramel colored"..too cute! Yes, Spark does look like a teenager.. I think I saw his little cell phone (with a partially completed text message) peeking out of his scaley jacket..LOL! Spark really is so beautiful and the color of his eyes is fabulous!

I'd love to see a "puffed up" beard picture if you could ever take one of the those. He is partially inflated in the one photo- maybe he was striking a "bodybuilder pose" to impress Tazzie.

Even tough Tazzie is five years old, she said that she is more than happy to date a younger "man" LOL! In fact, I hear her in the other room, making a little card for Spark. She wants me to make a copy of Spark's picture for her little home!

I love the visual of Spark sitting at a drumset and banging away.. I was a middle school/high school principal for 11 years so I know teenager behavior all to well! LOL!!!!
Thanks for sending Tazzie the pictures! She is wavin' her little arm in the direction of Spark's pictures..

Spark says, "Thanks" with his eyes downcast, his cheeks red.

He is very shy, but seems happy that Tazzie likes him even though he's got a bad case of acne (shedding back, belly, chin, tops of shoulders on all four legs, and tail). He was very grumpy most of yesterday, waiting to hear from Tazzie, and is now back to his smiling, not-quite-so-grumpy self. Teenagers are so much fun!

Spark told me this morning he'd had a dream that he had met the person who hurt Tazzie. In his dream he put himself between Tazzie and that bad person, had black bearded her and then bit her on the finger when she didn't pay attention to him. I had to hide a smile, because he is so earnest when relating his dream. The funny thing is, and don't tell him I told you, he can puff up his beard a little bit, but he can't turn it black yet. And his voice hasn't changed. We are encouraging his defense of the weak and helpless while trying to redirect his outrage into a better form of expression than biting.

We will see about pictures of him bearding. He's feeling self-conscious about his beard not turning black. This morning, after eating his sweet potato, he stood on the edge of the sink and stared at himself in the mirror. He flexed his muscles a little bit and tried to beard, but was somewhat disappointed in the outcome. I keep telling him that we all grow in our own way and not to be too impatient, but he doesn't want Tazzie to think some other male might be more to her taste! (He really got upset about Janie letting her beardies beard and bob at him. :twisted: )

Spark would like to know how Tazzie liked her 4th of July BBQ and how many barbequed crickets she ate. He had a good day, but was asleep, with lights out, before fireworks. We told him maybe next year. He's hoping she feeling good and would love to hear an update on how she's doing. :love5:

Ahhhh, Leela is very pretty, although Spark does insist they can only be friends. His heart is spoken for. He hopes Leela is doing well and enjoyed her 4th of July!

Dear Tazzie -

I hope you've had a great day!! I have been thinking about you and wanting to share my worms with you. They were really yummy and full of good calcium. I think you'd have enjoyed them.

I got to sit on my window ledge for a little bit, while my mom and boy brushed my chin with a soft toothbrush. It really itches. My mom says the color under the loose skin is a soft, beautiful orange. I am very excited to see my new beard. I'll share photos when I can.

How is the sore on your back doing? It looked smaller the last time your mom posted pictures. I hope it is getting a little bit better every day. Are you still doing your water exercises? I am so impressed at your strength and tenacity. And at getting into the water.

I played my drums for a bit, but my arms got tired. Sometimes I have a ton of energy and feel like tearing around and sometimes I just want to sleep all day. It's so weird. Don't tell anyone, okay?

I got you these from the empty lot close to where I live. I picked them because they were the same color as your blankie. I hope you like them.

Hello Miss Crickest! Hello Mr. Spark!
This is from Tazzie. Mom calls me Tiny Tazzie (I smile every time she calls me that funny name!) I had my Mom read Spark's letter over and over again because it made me so happy. Mom said that tomorrow she will be posting Spark's picture in my house. He is very handsome and I never thought that such a prince would be interested in me! I was a little bit jealous when I saw a picture of another little bd girl who had her "hiney" showing! Mom said that I have a cute little rump and she also said that the oweee (ow wee/sore) on my back is getting so much smaller. I had another little needle today that has some antibiotics in it. Mom rubs the leg after she puts the needle in it and then kisses me and tells me how brave I am :lol: I have to have seven more shots and I get them every three days. I'm glad that I am feeling better.

Mom taught me to type on her laptop today so that I could keep in touch with you Spark. My Mom also told me that your Mom Miss Crickest has been very helpful and has taught my Mom Kat so much about beardies. I have a really weird looking sister here at the house. It looks like a dragon and has spooky yellow eyes. Mom said that my sister is an eegwanna. I am not sure if I spelled that correctly Spark but trust me, my big sister is lime green and rides around on Mom's head. I still can not believe I am related to that dragon looking thing. She is friendly and I am hoping that I do not look like her when I get to be a big girl.

I read in your letter that you are shedding a little bit. I do not think that I have ever shed because I think I have had the same suit on for four or five years. My Mom told me that I am getting a little bit bigger so maybe I will shed too.. I will keep you posted.

Thanks for asking about how I am feeling Spark. Mom is doing some basic "PT moves" with me when I am in my warm bath water. I was able to walk around a little bit today. My hands still are not working but I know that everything takes time. I was a sick little girl. I had a great 4th of July and the BBQ crickets were tasty! I saved some for you and put them in the freezer here at the house. Mom said that I can defrost them if you ever come to visit!

Mom will be posting some pictures for you tomorrow Spark. I want you and my other friends to see how much better I look! Thanks for your nice message. I can tell that your Mom loves you too!

Oooh - very nice! Ms. Leela appreciates the gorgeous pics; she will definitely take him into consideration when he gets older! She likes big, meaty tails, full pancakes, and lush black beards. However, she does say that his lovely orange coloring is very intriguing, and would like to see his progess as he grows into the guy of her dreams! :wink:

Hope you all had a great 4th of July! Leela was the only one in the brood of pets who wasn't fazed in the slightest by the loud firework sounds. 8)

BTW - Love the back and forth letters from Spark and "Tiny" Tazzie!

How's my lady? I was really worried when I say Rubio's pictures, because I thought he had posted them for you, but then I settled down when I realized he was actually interested in Leela. He is very big and has nice colors. They would make a nice couple. (And don't worry, I didn't look at that other girl's "hiney", my mom covered it with her hand when she showed me the picture.)

So, how was your day? Did you hang out with your Mom? She told my mom that she was going to post pictures of your 4th of July and I am really excited to see them.

I'm happy that your mom is taking such good care of you and helping your legs get stronger. My mom says your legs are looking thicker and stronger with every picture. I can't wait to see what they look like in a couple of weeks. Keep eating your food and doing your exercises and things will get better.

I have to tell you, I am a changed guy and I think its because of you! My mom told me about your hands and how there are no bones left. I got really angry and then I got really sad. My mom and I talked about being differently abled and how you are making progress, can still move around your viv, and how your mom made you a porche (don't know what that is, actually, but she showed me pictures and it looks great.) I just want you to know that when you're with me, you don't have to worry,. . .I am big enough you can lay on my back and I can carry you everywhere.

Mom measured me tonight. I am sixteen inches long and I FINALLY SHED my beard. It was itching to drive me crazy! Mom used a toothbrush and brushed my beard until most of it was gone. There is one big spot where my spikes are still held together against my neck and it itches, but mom says it will get better soon. My chest will probably shed tomorrow and mom says my back is really grey. I'm also showing shed on my face again! :twisted: I just shed my face and head and now I have to do it again. Mom says that's what happens when you grow two inches in just about two weeks!

I got to sit in the window for a while tonight. Then I went exploring. This was the first time I've explored the room my viv is in. I went under the bed, and under the viv stand, and into the bathroom and all over. I even sat on mom's lap for about ten minutes, which made her really happy. She says I must be maturing.

I'm attaching some pictures for you to look at. . .you can see the colors of my beard, now that the shed is out of the way. I have a lot of orange in the spikes of my beard and a lot of orange coming out on my head. Mom sometimes calls me pumpkin. It's okay if you want to call me that, but don't tell any of the guys, 'kay?

Here is one of me under the bed, exploring. It was pretty exciting to be out of the viv and I wasn't so scared this time.

PS. I forgot to mention that I am so impressed with your bravery! I hope the shots don't hurt too much! Mom says they will help you heal and will make the owweee on your back so much better. I still want to bite that lady for what she did to you! :twisted: (I want to be your prince and rescue you from the evil sorcerous, but your mom already did! Yeah for her!!) And kiss your mom for making you better! I wish I could take the pain away, but I know I can't. Just be strong, little lady, only seven next more!

Hi Spark, it is me, "TT" ='s Tiny Tazzie! (I love my new name..)

My Mom says that she is sorry for not posting the pictures earlier. I have been on the computer all day looking at your pictures. I did not let Mom on the computer because I liked looking at your orange beard! Mom collects Amber jewelry and she showed me some amber stones today. The colors of the amber stones are just like your beard and face colors Spark!! You are indeed my "gem"!

I am glad that you are shedding some of the itchy stuff. I do not think that I grow very much so I am not sure what shedding feels like. I think that you are handsome even with the sheddy stuff on you. :wink:

Here are the pictures that my Mom promised to send. My hands are getting stronger every day. I really like reading your letters and looking at your pictures. Mom was teasing me today because I sat and looked at your pictures all day! Thanks for sending me some new ones!!!

I think that Leela is very pretty and I am not jealous anymore. Mom is sending you one of my "hiney pictures" You can see how the sore is getting so much better.
