ZILLA'S TANK IS DONE!!

*Drum rolllllllllllllllllllllll* Many of you know how long this has taken,others may not,since i bought the cage it's probably been several months(4-5) and i finally got the money and supplies together and here it is! His new cage is NOT finished yet,the reptisun will be hung down from the ceiling, i have several large rocks that are outside freezing (Works like baking and its -20 outside =/ ) so this is the basic set up so far, its tile on the ground,different colours and sizes that i kind of fit together,i think it looks great and it will look even better when it's 100% done! I fed him in there 5 mins ago and he ran around chasing them, nows hes just basking . (I was a little pressured for time because my 500 crickets arrived and i had to put them in his old cage so we finished it! Enjoy!!

Nice cage! How big is it? What are the temperatures in it? Normal and basking side? Thanks!

The cage is 5ft long,18inches tall and 22 inches wide (Wierd numbers,this is the glass part btw) Uhm his temps are a little low atm,his warm side is generally 80-90 it varies,his basking is usually 100ish and cool side is 75ish,i still need to put in his new UVB light and switch the old uvb for a heat bulb to boost the temps.

Everything is looking great! Zilla is getting so big and pretty! I'm sure he loves his new big tank...

He absolutely loves it, but he's slowing down lately due to the lack of UVB, I feel bad because I don't want to put the light in till Friday because is sparked and smoked when I first tried it so I want to moniter it all weekend to make sure it works and doesn't light it on fire :/ he didn't eat much yesterday and today he was chewing slowly and moving to the crix slower than usuall

Finally the light is in place and it looks and works good! all i have to do is put the 3 rocks i have baking to put in and the other log thats currently under construction i will post pics when its all complete!
