Zilla Reptile Products

I am a newbie, and I don't yet own any beardies (but I'm working on it). Anyway I want to be prepared in the event that I am allowed to get a beaedie as well as if I find one.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had ever used Zilla Reptile light products specifically. Are they of a good quality at all?

I use zilla all the time, mainly because that is what my pet store offers. If you are wanting to get a cage setup, stay away from compact UVB bulbs, make sure your cage is pretty big.. Starting off with a 10 gal is fine, but once the bearded dragon strarts growing you will want to upgrade to a bigger one. Make sure you have a basking light, uvb tube, a hot side and a cool side. Also a place for your beardie to hide. If you search in this forum, bearded dragon cage setup, you will find excellent advice and suggestions. Do your research and take every ones advice to heart. Many people just go out and start buying reptiles and enclosures before they really understand what they are doing.

Zilla reptile light products are something you should definitely stay away from.
