Zilla Bearded Dragon Fortified Daily Food

is this fortified food healthy for dragons? i just gave my beardie the appropriate amount of feeding and he ate it fairly quickly lol but i would like to have someones opinion on this! does it actually support growth? and is it even healthy to feed these little guys this food? note, my beardie eats calium crickets, superworms and certain fruits as well, not just the fortified food.

I'm not a big fan of the dried foods/pellets. I don't think they are harmful, especially if they aren't the only source of food, but I feel that a variety of live bugs and fresh veges is healthier for them than processed foods. The fresh foods will also provide them with necessary hydration since their food is a major source of water for them.
