Now one month short of a year an a half. Wow!
Who could have ever known they could not just survive, but thrive for this long.
God how I love these 2 they are such a blessing to my life. :love5:
So this post is for Zak-n-Wheezie........................
:love5:
Happy 17th Month Birthday Boys! :love5:
It seems like not that long ago when I was told you would not survive long.
I was prepared to only spend a short time with the 2 of you.
This is my first memories of you. I didn't even think you'd make it thru the night.
Here you guys are smaller than a brooch on my sear sucker shirt.
So tiny but such a big will to live.
The beginning was a challenge that you 2 took head on.
I remember the baby food feedings on the spaghetti strand for days then weeks from a popsicle stick because you were so small and my big hand was so scary.
I remember jumping for joy the first time you pooped. (Looked like a crazy woman!)
I cried when you ate your first live feeders.
I'd never been so tickled as when I seen you guys bob your heads and
black beard for the first time.
Or never laugh with delight as I did the first time I seen you 2 swim.
I've never been so scared as when you choked on a piece of greens an I had to remove it from your throat.
Or when the scoliosis in your lower spine appeared and we thought it might be MBD.
Nothing is more comforting than your snuggles. :love5:
You have totally amazed me and the world with your desire to live an I thank-you!
I thank-you for showing us that miracles really do happen.
I've always believed in miracles but never would have expected to experience one quite like the 2 of you.
Now some pic's for everyone else........
