Hi, i know this might be a stupied question but i would like to know how i can get my beardies pic as my avatar. i took a pic of her on my kodak camera and try to put it as my avatar but didnt work. do i have to convert it or something or wat! it says the file size is too big? how can i get it smaller

Use paint or another photo editing system and resize it to the proper deminsions.
