Young beardie not eating very much daily

I just got Luna a week and a half ago. She is about 4 weeks old. She's around 5 1/2 inches long. I offer her crickets twice daily (once on my lunch break and once when I get home from work) and she only ever eats a few at a time! She eats, on average, about 6 a day. I don't really remember owning Itchy (my previous dragon) at this age, as I was younger and wasn't the primary caregiver for him... but I've read that beardies at this age can eat like, 50+ crickets a day! She'll also only eat 1-3 small pieces of collard greens from my hand before stopping... I just don't know what to do!

Okay. So she's in a 50 gallon tank with tiles as the substrate. She has a reptisun 10.0 tube UV light and her temp at the basking spot are between 105 and 108 or so. The temp on the cooler side is around 80. She's offered collard greens daily at least once but usually only picks at them out of my hand for 2 or 3 pieces and is done. She's offered crickets twice or three times daily depending on whether I'm at work or not, and usually only eats like 6 daily. She's been with me for a week and 3 days now. Bathed every second day. Anything else?

And she just ate 11 crickets during her first feeding after taking a big poop! Maybe she is still just getting sorted out. I also forgot to mention she's just finishing shedding.

Yay! Poop . The set up sounds good. Hopefully she's starting to come around
