young adult won't eat

My sweet girl won't eat anything but worms! When I got her(abt 1yr) she would eat so many greens, but in the past month she's been refusing to eat anything but super worms(around a yr and a half now). She digs through and only eats the worms underneath. She prefers non-purple lettuce, so I tried removing all of it from the dark greens and shes just not interested. For a little while she liked a "dehydrated omivore mix" from petco but now she only eats the worms and bugs from it - and only after she stares at it for half an hour to make sure there's nothing wiggling. She wasn't pooping during this until recently either, but this week she's gone twice and it's looked fine.
I'm gonna take her to the vet soon if she doesn't start eating again, I just live in the North so it's very cold and the vet is pretty far away, so I don't want to put her through that.
Any suggestions on what to give her?

She needs a good diet of fresh greens and no more super worms- she needs a staple feeder of of dubia roaches crickets BSFL or silk worms --- here is a website for nutrition -

It will tell you what to feed what not to feed and how often to feed---- she has gotten addicted to super worms - if you need websites for staple feeders please ask and I will post them - but please no more super worms-- she should be only getting staple feeders 2-3 times per week and fresh salads every day

www.mulberryfarms.com -- they have good silk worms that were on sale but are out of stock
www.reptilianarts.com -- good silkworms as well - but are out of stock
joshesfrogs.com -- have never ordered from these guys but heard they were good ---
I would order some horn worms for her and butter worms - only feed like 3 of the butter worms - and the horn worms like 2 at most - they will tend to make the stool a little more runny because of the water content - order small amount they grow really fast

Could you post pictures up of your girl?
How big is she now?

I would cut out the supers for awhile and just offer her a salad only. It might take a few days or a week, but eventually she will get hungry enough to eat her salad. Assuming she is already generally healthy, and your husbandry is proper.
