That's the biggest question I get! "Is that thing real?!" or, "Is that alive?!" Sometimes I want to tell people that I just carry around a dead lizard for fun and see their reaction to that haha.

When you manage to find the elusive turnip tops in the uk and get excited enough to tell your friends. None are remotely interested.

Was cracking up about the person who has a first aid kit for their beardie but not for themselves. Have been building up my beardies kit and it has never crossed my mind to get a human one! Didn't occur to me this was weird.

My partner also gets very jealous of lovebug. "All you care about is that bloody lizard!" (Not true, also mildly obsessed with his locusts but didn't think it would calm the situation to say so.)

If you are talking about someone from this thread that was me lol! For the longest time I couldn't find a bandaid in my house and would just hold toilet paper or something on a cut yet he has bandages and guaze that admittedly I could have used too.

I don't know if anyone else does this, but I've started doing it now that I have Beardies!

If I'm trying a new recipe, if it calls for a veggie that I don't usually have on hand, I'll look to see if my Beardie can have it, if not, I won't make the recipe!

Haha Pumpkin, :lol: I've never been a big veggie fan but now my diet is extremely varied with beardie friendly veg. (Haven't had an avocado in months though)
