Yellow poop and won’t bask

Hi! My beardie Po is about 4 months old and has been in my care for about 3.5. has been eating, pooping and basking just fine until now. 2 days ago i gave him a few pieces of acorn squash and he got extremely bloated and layed on his basking rock all day, refused dinner and breakfast the next morning. the following day he pooped multiple times, the first was normal, the second was very large and slightly mushy, and then the third it looked as though the piece of squash had just come out (completely yellow, no brown and sort of mushy). he also ate dinner that night. today, he ate breakfast no problem and basked for a little but then became frantic and spent the entire day on the cool side of the tank. he pooped later and it was completely yellow again, and slightly mushy similar to the day before. I kept trying to move him back to his basking rock but he refused and would go back to the cool side and hide under his paper towel sustrate. he ate dinner perfectly fine but still refused to bask. i tried to take him out of his tank before bed time and he was very stressed (had been all day) and when i moved him off my shoulder be puffed his beard and opened his mouth at me. I placed him back on his rock which he immediately hopped off of and went to the cool side again, where he is now asleep. any ideas what could be wrong? i am at a loss. thanks!

How much of the squash did he eat? It's pretty healthy for them but the change may have upset his stomach. If that's the case, then he should be OK in a few days. Might be best to leave squash out of the diet for now. Unless the change to squash is coincidental, he should be OK.
