Sje has yellow fungus. Were keeping her alive until she stops eating which means its in her organs

That's sad to hear. It looks fairly advanced but there are some good tools to fight it which have shown a good success rate recently. First I would request a prescription for Voriconizole. A vet can call it in to a compounding pharmacy like Wedgewood or Diamondback Drugs and have it shipped directly to you. You may need a month or two (or more). It has proven to be quite effective fighting the disease internally and I've seen it help multiple dragons bounce back.

You want to fight it on the external front as well. Topical antifungal creams should help when applied to the effected areas. You may also want to pick up a bottle of F10SC https://beanfarm.com/products/f10sc-veterinary-disinfectant-100-ml-3-4-oz?variant=24905406857 and mix it at a fairly strong concentration of at least 1:100 (maybe even 1:50. This is an effective disinfectant and should help minimize the spread and risk fo re-infection. Some studies have shown that it works as a topical skin treatment when applied directly (at safe concentrations) but these studies have been quite limited thus far.
