Yellow Fungus, shed, or just smashed food?

My bearded dragon has been in the process of shedding for a few days now. Close to when I noticed him shedding, two black dots appeared on his beard that weren't stress marks. I've read that it could be a sign of yellow Fungus, but he hasn't changed behavior all that much. He's been a bit lazy, but still runs around plenty when I take him out of his tank. I'm worried since people say yellow Fungus is very deadly and beardies rarely survive. I'm so unsure because I've seen a lot of people say that black dots could just be a bit of shed or some crushed food, but it wouldn't wash off when I gave him a bath. Should I take him to a vet or is he fine? I'll try to post pictures later, he doesn't like it when I try and take pictures of his beard or belly.

I Don't see anything wrong in the picture. But just to be certain, Could you post a less blurry picture of the beard in better lighting?

I'm pretty sure that it will come off in his next shed.
