Would you consider these in need of rescue?

I was browsing the bearded dragon classifieds on kingsnake.com and came across http://market.kingsnake.com/detail.php?cat=51&de=636869

They are 2 months old on calci-sand and it really bothered me when I saw the pictures.

they are pretty skinny, and I dont like the sand either. I dont think id pay 100 for them tho.

They are so skinny. Try and talk him down from $100 though.
