Ok guys and gals, I need your opinion. I purchased a gorgeous adult male citrus tiger last week from someone I found on the internet and that dragon is doing awesome. Eating its greens, crickets, superworms, etc. Very alert and active.
I was given a normal colored adult female earlier this week from a guy that needed to rehome her. I have her in a separate 40 gallon breeder. From day one she was more laid back. But now I am getting concerned. She literally lays in the same place all day. No movement. Never has eaten any veggies. Her abdomen seems much "fuller" than my male that eats like a horse. Almost like it is blown up. She is keeping one eye close now and only opening it once in awhile (this started yesterday). She did eat around a dozen or so crickets last night but she waits for them to come to her (I feed them outside of their cages). I just took her out of tank and when I put her back in on the cool side, she just lays there and hasnt bothered to crawl back to the rock she stays on all of the time. I have no history with bearded dragons so someone give me your thoughts please. Thanks!
