worried about the little one

i needed a reptile tank for my 2 beardies i have, the one i got came with a "pygmy bearded dragon" the thing is, he is apparently 18 months old, is missing some tail and is VERY small.. the people i got him off said they hand fed him crickets everyday, well, he hasnt eaten yet and weve had him for 3 days, he also keeps hiding under logs we have put him under the heat light but he just wont stay there. what do i do to help him? below is a picture of him.

He probably hasn't eaten because of Relocation Stress. It can last up to 2 weeks, just keep an eye on him. (I also doubt he's 18 months unless he is a Rankins or Lawsons dragon.)
