Wormy-cricket things..

So, I've been having some difficulty with my newest bearded dragon Biffy. He's seven months old, but due to his time in the pet store and his picky food preferences he is only three inches long.
Biffy has been completely ignoring all crickets I give him. I've tried the small black ones, the small brown ones, even larger ones. No luck. He just flicks them away if they get close. I got mealworms with him, and in desperation I even tried one of them just to see would he eat something. Nope. Ignored it.
So today while trying to get him to eat some crickets I emptied a few in, only a small black worm fell out as well. These black worms are in all the tubs of crickets I buy. Sometimes there are loads of them and other times only one or two. The thing is though, Biffy spotted this thing from up high on his tree and basically front flipped around his tank until he got it. Unfortunately once he'd devoured the weird worm he went back to ignoring all the crickets.
So here is my issue. My bearded dragon will only eat a worm that isn't actually considered bearded dragon food... I cant buy these things, from what I've found on the internet, they are actually in the tubs to eat the dead crickets.
So yeah.. I've ordered some calci-worms/reptiworms/soldier worms from butterworms.co.uk.
I'm just praying he'll eat these things. They are the closest healthy staple to the weird black worms that I can find, if he turns his snout up to these... well then I dunno what i'll do.

My beardies the same, she loves the worm things but lately she's been turning her nose up at crickets. have you tried hoppers? My beardie loves them- they're a bit more expensive than crickets but if it means yours will eat then its worth a try- thats all my beardie will eat at the moment

I considered hoppers but they only sell tubs of twenty for 4 euro. I cant afford a tub a day, not even close. So i'm really hoping he eats these worms. 124 euro a month on one beardies food is too much for a college student lol...

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
