Worms?

So I have a pretty simplistic question, when can I start feeding my girl worms? She's about 5 months old, 13 inches long and weighs around 123 grams(that was taken after about 15 crickets) She has been eating crickets no problem and gets fresh veggies every day. But I was wondering when I could start feeding her something other than crickets. No where in the area sells Dubias and quite frankly my mom completely resents the idea of having roaches in the house. So what are my alternatives?

You can feed her some types of worms right now. Pheonix worms, silk worms, wax worms, horn worms and butterworms are soft bodied so you could try appropriately sized specimens (wax worms are dragon "junk food" though, so definitely only treat material). Once she hits 16 inches in length you could offer her superworms. Hope this helps
