i was cleaning out my dragons cage and i found small white worms i dont know if they came from him or if they are maggots. he has slate tile on the bottom of his cage and when i lifted the tile i found them underneath. can anyone tell me what worms might look like or is there something i can do to check to see if he has worms other then take him to the vet

Do they look like little rice? If they do it's probably internal worms and I would take a fecal sample to a vet asap. If not still take the worms to the vet. Do you feed him worms because I am conufsed on how else would they get in their.

About the tile in the tank. I had to remove it out of mine.
It was the way the tank was set up when i got it, but has to be cleaned and i mean really cleaned. The tiles have to be taken out and soaked at least every other day. Urine and poop just sit under there and can make your dragon sick.
1. It kept the tank smelling
2. So not sanitary ( But pretty)
Your choice. I am not one to tell someone else how to raise their dragon, but thought you should know.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
