Worm Man Problems?!?!?

I disputed it with paypal because I just realized my 45 days of dispute time from the time of the transaction was running out. I have never filed a dispute before ( I guess that is a good thing) but I don't know what the next step is?? I read on paypal.com you have to wait for the seller to respond, but who knows when that will be?! They haven't responded to anything else!

We have been waiting a week for them to respond on our paypal dispute. I think if they dont respond we still get our money back.

Sorry, can't help you there. :( I haven't ordered live feeders other than roaches (recently) or products from wormman.com (in the past couple of years). Hopefully other ppl will respond tomorrow morning. You can always look some up online and see which sites look good, then post about those to see what ppl have to say about those in particular. May help to speed up your search... Good luck!

I order from premiumcrickets.com. I like them, and I find shipping/costs reasonable. They don't have as many worm choices as others, but they do have meal worms, supers, wax, phoenix and butters. I have gotten crickets and PWs from them a few times now, and I like them. The crickets are clean, no other bug infestations, a small percentage of dead ones, but a large over-count. Also, the size of the crickets seem to be very consistent. On my first order, I got large pws instead of mediums, but that's no biggie.
 
I sent another email to wormman last night I just got a email back from them saying they would be shipping it we will see! has anyone got what they ordered yet???
And now that it is under new managment would you dare order from them again!?

I never got my order or my refund been almost 1 month. They have not replied to the paypal dispute yet.Which was filed a while ago. But got an email from them today from my emails to them weeks ago saying they shipped them but the shipper sent them back so they will refund my money. Doenst make sense to me. I wont order from them again even under new management. I think either the old owners or the new owners should have let all their customers what was going on instead of ignoring them all.

And whatever is going on with wormman is not new. I had my really bad experience with them about 2 years ago, but with all the same problems of not answering emails, cant get thru on the phone. Orders not shipped, etc.

I agree. Even if something bad was going on, they would have done best to keep their customers informed.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
