Worm Man....Closed or Bad customer service?

Is the worm man closed down? Or do they just have terrible customer service? I tried to place an order yesterday morning through them, and got an error message when checking out, I am assuming this is an ongoing thing seeing as they have a link for problem placing order. Tried to call them and # is not working and no response to emails. They had the best prices on crickets, but not sure if I want to order from them now. Anybody know anything?

I use Ghann.com and they've always done me right. Good prices too. I normally order 1000 3/8" crickets and their $20.61 after shipping and everything. It might be different for yall cause they'll only ship fedex ground to certain states everything else is overnight or two day but they are worth it. Good heathy crickets!

I get crickets/mice from lllreptile.com and worms, etc. from mulberryfarms.com, if that helps any.

Hope no one here got scammed by this guy. :-/
