Woodie Roaches???

Hi, I have a few questions about The Australian 'Woodie Roaches'.
I have got a full setup to breed them and care for them but need to know:
What temp should the tub be?
What do I feed them?
And any other information you have about these please share.

I would care for my woodies (AKA lobster roaches in the US) the same way I did my dubia. Keep them around 85* F, feed a mix of fresh veggies and some kind of dry food. Used cricket chow for awhile then I switched to ground dog food. Always provide water in some form, I used water crystals.

One of my favorite roaches, hated that they can climb and fly though. I always had escapees.

How can i prevent them from climbing out? I heard Fluon works but it is very expensive.
