Will not eat greens?

My new bearded dragon , Ive had less than 1 week, he will not touch greens. He is around 16 inches long and is a adult. He will eat hornworms, crickets, superworms, anything alive, but will not touch collard greens, turnip greens, any kind of greens you can think of he will not touch including fruits. Any advice? Why will he not eat them? Will it cause him health problems not eating any? I cant get him to eat any no matter what I do. Any advice would be appreciated. thank you.
