Hi Audrey, yes they often go through relocation stress when moved to another tank. Is she a rescue , how long have you had her ? What exact type + brand of lights do you have, and can you post pics of her and her set up ? Here's how :

She isn't a rescue, or wasn't supposed to be
. I found out quickly she wasn't getting proper care. he had her in a 20 gallon tank. My lighting for now is a Basking lamp and the night time purple lamp. i'm not sure what brand but i do believe basking is 100 and the night is 75. i thought about ditching the night light but she's had it her whole life and i don't want to rid it now. especially in the winter it gets cold in my room. She is in the corner sleeping with her face stuck between the glass and her hide (she does this often, is that normal?) and my temps are around 78 on the cool side, 85-90 on the warm side. and a basking spot of a little over 100, which is good temps. i'm adding a 24" reptisun tube on the inside of the tank very soon. it's a 17 watt i believe and is the most reccomended UVB. The woman at the reptile store said everything should be fine for the new tank and probably wasn't all that good in the old one. i've only added one new object in the tank and that's the corner hide. Her previous owner didn't have one for her and i knew she probably needed one. she was ok for a bit in the tank but when she seemed to have a grey beard and her darker spots were very dark, i put her in and turned her night lamp on. she is now sleeping like she always does.
