Why is my beardy keeping her head down and being lethargic?

Hi, I was just wondering whats going on with my beardie she is 6 years old I've had her for 5 of those years and just recently she has started to be very lethargic and won't keep her head up as she normally would, she IS still eating and drinking fine, and is on her log under the basking light. Here's my setup:

Tank: 55 Gallon breeder
UVB: Repti Glo 10.0
Basking/UVA: ExoTerra Intense basking spot 100W. basking spot is 105°F cool side is 78-82
She eats dusted crickets every other day sometimes every 2 days. I offer greens every day.
Substrate is reptile carpet.
She just recently had a bowel movement as well.
Also, both of the lights were recently replaced.

How long have you been using the Reptiglo 10 tube bulb?
When did you start using the bulb?

Are you using a calcium supplement regularly for her? You dust her crickets, how many does she eat & which calcium powder do you use?
Is she eating her greens regularly?
I am glad to hear she is eating & drinking on her own. Can she support herself on all fours & walk/climb normally?

I have had the light ever since about the 28th of January. Yes I do use a calcium supplement it's flukers with d3, she eats usually 2 dozen crickets sometimes just 1 dozen. Yes she eats her greens just fine. She can climb fine but something I should have put before is that she will not really go anywhere, like when she goes to bed I put her on the heating pad (it keeps the temp around 75) once she wakes up she won't move all day unless I move her. When I take her out to feed her she will eat but afterwards will often go into a dark part of the room and lie down. Also, her color is normal, including her belly stripes.

I would recommend changing the UVB light from the Reptiglo 10 tube bulb to the Reptisun 10 tube bulb for a better UVB emission.
The Reptiglo 10 tube bulb has been known to cause eye issues or contribute to lethargic behavior. They do not emit very good UVB wavelengths & some have been harmful rays. The wavelengths are not conducive to D3 synthesis. Which UVB did you use before this one?
She may not be absorbing her calcium very well, which can cause lethargy.
The basking light is a bright white light also?
Has she ever laid eggs?
The calcium with D3 should be fine also.
Do you have any pictures of her we could see?

I've used the reptiglo 10.0 for at least a year before this(the last 2 bulbs) but will not be using them anymore and will change asap. I'm not sure what you mean by a bright white light but I have a few pics for you. She has never layed eggs fertile or infertile. Here are some pictures of her and info on the basking light.

She looks good with no visible signs of metabolic bone disease.
Are you able to get the Reptisun 10 tube bulb for her then without too much trouble?
That basking light should be fine, it doesn't appear to be colored. As long as it is mounted directly beside the tube bulb then it will give enough brightness for the area where the UVB is.
Has she been acting restless or have a black beard at all right now?

Okay, I'm glad she looks fine.

I believe I will be able to get it pretty soon, although my local pet shop doesn't have anything except reptiglo, which is why i've been getting those, so i'll either have to order it online or at a different store.

She hasn't been restless or had a black beard.

I am glad she hasn't had a black beard though or has been restless like if she was needing to lay eggs.
You can try ordering online if you are not able to get them at a local store.
